Glenthorne Community Update Session July 2020

Haven’t been able to make it to a Glenthorne Community Update Session? Keep up-to-date by watching this video of July’s session.

On 16 July, members of the Glenthorne Partnership hosted the first Community Update Session at the Cove Civic Centre.

These sessions are a great opportunity to learn more detail about the creation of Glenthorne National Park-Ityamaiitpinna Yarta and ask any questions.

July’s session included an introduction from Minister for Environment and Water David Speirs, a detailed overview from Department for Environment and Water staff on the implementation and revegetation plans for the precinct, and also included a presentation from the City of Marion on the plans for BMX and Soccer facilities.

Watch the full video of the session below (viewing time: 1 hour)
