Here’s the lat­est update on the projects under­way at Glenthorne.

Restora­tion of her­itage buildings

Plan­ning is under­way to sta­bilise build­ings and rein­vig­o­rate the Muni­tions sheds so they can be accessed by vis­i­tors. Works will com­mence in the near future.

Trail net­work planning

The con­cept plan for the trail net­work and asso­ci­at­ed infra­struc­ture is now large­ly com­plete. The plan includes crit­i­cal links to oth­er areas in the Glen­thorne precinct such as Hap­py Val­ley Reser­voir and the south­ern areas of the prop­er­ty. It’s expect­ed con­struc­tion of the trail net­work will com­mence once approvals have been granted.
